BrowserSDR application notice

Required Notice: BrowserSDR first-party software is licensed under the PolyForm Perimeter License 1.0.1.

The unchanged licence text is supplied in LICENSE (LICENSE.txt in the built
application). It applies to first-party BrowserSDR software, including its
application code, workers and first-party WebAssembly code.

Third-party components, adapted third-party material, assets and separately
licensed fixtures retain their respective terms. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md
(THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt in the built application) and the notices supplied
with those components. This first-party licence does not replace their terms.
